3D PRINTING

We have broad 3D printing capabilities that include prototype printing, design testing, and additive manufacturing. We use German-built EOS P395 and M280 3D printers to produce simple and highly complex parts. Common media includes:

• Metal powder—Typically used to produce molds
• Polystyrene powder—Commonly used to manufacture casting billets
• Polyamide powder—Used to manufacture functional parts and components (for example, plastic housing pieces)

3D printing technology is fast, precise, and can significantly reduce time and cost when using it to produce new and standard products.
